It was a simple image, but the whisper that accompanied it carried a significant weight...“power of anointing.” By the power of the Holy Spirit living inside us, we walk in an anointing empowered to accomplish the things the Lord has called us to and set apart for His divine purposes. The oil of anointing from the Lord brings His presence into our lives, teaching us about all things that are right and true in the sight of the Lord. As the oil of the Lord’s presence flows through you, abide in Him, trusting what He’s taught you and what He’s called you to do. Walk boldly in the anointing given to you by the God you serve. 
 
“But the anointing that you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as His anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in Him.” - 1 John 2:27
