Artist Interpretation -
The Lord’s whisper made it clear to me that it’s a new season and He is wanting to do a fresh, new thing in each of our lives. The desire we have to hold on to things from the past often stems from fear of the unknown. It feels a lot more comfortable to stay in the old, so we hang on tight to the things that ultimately are what weigh us down, becoming a wilted version of ourselves. Things that may have worked in the past may not work now and it’s a season of letting it all go. When we walk hand-in-hand with the Lord, trusting Him with all the unknowns, He guides us into the new thing He has specifically for us. The season of wilting is over...He is lifting our chins to face the Son, bright, full of life and blooming with new possibilities. Let go of the things that are weighing you down and walk with excitement into this new season with the Lord.
