Artist Interpretation -
When the Lord showed me this image, I imagined myself as the infant tucked securely in His arms and my mind flooded with all the ways He whispers His love through scripture and through prayer. When you are sad or scared, He holds you. When your heart is broken or you are exhausted and can’t take another step, He holds you. When you are lonely or need warmth, He holds you. When you are content or when you are rejoicing, He holds you. He stretches out His arms to us, extending a deeper kind of love and comfort that our world simply can’t give. Climb into His arms, let Him hold you close to His heart and tend to all your needs. You are loved - He holds you.
